BOOK FAIR DETAILS
How to Visit Book Fair
Students will visit the Book Fair with their class throughout the week. Parents and special guests are welcome to join in on the fun!
There are many other opportunities to visit Book Fair if you are unable to visit during your student's classroom shopping time! We will open at 7:20 each morning to allow shopping during drop off. Come in through ROE’s main entrance, stop by the front office to pick up your visitor’s pass, then make your way to the Music Room. We hope you also will join us at International Family Night! Book Fair will be open for shopping and the halls of ROE will be filled with excitement as we celebrate the many countries and cultures that make up our school community.
Create an eWallet
Can’t make it to school to shop? Prefer not to send your child with cash? No problem!
Create an eWallet to allow your child a safe, secure, and cashless way to shop at the Book Fair. (Pro tip: You also can provide funds to a teacher with an eWallet!) Funds will be instantly available for your child to shop. No certificate and no receipt required at the Book Fair. Book Fair volunteers will be able to confirm funds to students and teachers in real time.
When you create an eWallet, please be sure to include your child’s first and last name and the teacher’s first and last name. If you’re making a gift to a teacher, include the teacher’s first and last name in both the student and teacher fields.
