Thank you, ROE Community for your many and varied donations to Great Gatherings! We are excited to see the strong return of this ROE tradition and ready to start gathering as a community.

The ROE Annual Great Gatherings Online Auction happens yearly in December.

Before the auction opens, take the opportunity to review the auction site and decide which of the many fabulous gatherings and privileges you'd like to bid on or buy!

Please note that while Premier Items will be sold through a traditional auction format, the Great Gatherings are all “buy now” items that will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Review the offerings ahead of time and be prepared!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:    Something is inaccurate in the item I donated. What do I do?

A:    If you are one of our generous donors, please review your auction listing for accuracy. Email with any questions or corrections to your listing.

Q:    How can I be ready to bid or buy on Tuesday morning?

A:    Go ahead and create your account on Auction Frogs, our online platform for the Great Gatherings auction!  Click HERE and then click the purple “Register” button.  In order to register, you will be asked to enter your credit card information.  Rest assured this is a secure space and while your card will be on file, you will not be charged unless you have the highest bid at the close of the auction or purchase a “buy now” gathering.

Q:    What is the difference between Premier Items and Great Gatherings?

A:    Premier Items are auction items that will be sold to and paid for by the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction. Please note that when you enter a “maximum bid,” the auction platform will automatically bid you up each time someone enters a higher bid to ensure you have the top spot until you reach your maximum amount.

Great Gatherings are social events that you can “buy now” as soon as the auction opens. They will be sold first-come, first-served for a set price. All Great Gatherings will indicate the number of remaining lots available for purchase, and will also list the name of any person who has purchased a lot for a particular item.

Q:    What is a Bid War?

A:    New this year! See an item that really catches your eye? Watch it closely! If this item receives bids within 10 minutes of the auction’s closing, the time remaining to bid on that item will be extended for 10 minutes and will continue to extend in 10 minute increments until no new bids have been placed within the extended time allowed.

Q:    What is a Watch List?

A:    Is there a Premier Item you really want? (We're looking at you, courtside Rockets tickets!)  Add it to your Watch List by clicking the eyeball icon next to the item title. Keep an eye on your Watch List by going to "Account" and clicking "Watch List" – all the bid items you are watching will be conveniently listed there.

Q:    What else?

A:    Simply click the link above, create your account and start shopping at 8 a.m. on Dec 6th! The auction ends Tuesday, December 13th at 10 pm. We hope that everyone participates in this fantastic fundraiser for our great school!

Q:    I have more questions!  Who do I ask?

Happy bidding!
